Responsible Gaming —
Your safety is 77bcd's priority

Gaming should be a source of fun, not stress. At 77bcd we make sure every player can enjoy themselves within safe limits.

Why is responsible gaming important?

Online gaming is an entertainment activity — but it is truly enjoyable only when a player participates with full awareness and control. 77bcd believes that ensuring every player's safety is not just a service, it is our core responsibility.

Our platform is for people aged 21 and above only. On this page we will show you how to keep your gaming experience enjoyable and harm-free — from setting deposit limits to taking a complete break when needed.

If gaming ever begins to have a negative impact on your daily life, family, or financial situation, contact our support team right away. We are here for you in Bengali, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Our protection tools

77bcd gives you several effective tools to manage your own gaming. Using these you can control your spending, time, and access yourself.

Deposit Limit

Set in advance the maximum amount you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set it cannot be exceeded — this is the most effective way to protect your budget.

Session Time-Out

If you tend to play for long stretches at a time, set up automatic logout after a fixed period. A time-out limit helps you take regular breaks and gives you the chance to make decisions with a clear head.

Temporary Break (Cooling-Off)

If you feel you need a short break, temporarily deactivate your account for a set number of days. During this time you will not be able to participate in games, giving you the space to cool down and reconsider.

Self-Exclusion

If you need a longer break, request self-exclusion. This option keeps your account fully closed for a set period, and no marketing communications will be sent to you during that time.

Betting & Transaction History

When you log into your account you can view your complete betting and transaction history. Review your spending patterns and make informed decisions — transparency is the foundation of responsible gaming.

24/7 Support

At any time, for any question or concern, chat with 77bcd in Bengali via live chat or reach us by email. Our support team is by your side 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Responsible Gaming FAQ

After logging into your account, go to the "Account Settings" section and select the "Responsible Gaming" option. From there you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising one requires a set waiting period to pass. For assistance, contact us via live chat or at [email protected].

You choose the duration of your self-exclusion yourself — both short-term (a few days to a few weeks) and long-term options are available. During this period your account remains inactive and no promotional messages are sent to you. Reactivation before the period ends is not possible.

No, not at all. 77bcd strictly follows a 21+ policy. Age is verified at the time of account creation, and additional identity documents may be requested if there is any doubt. If there are minors in your household, log out and keep your device secured.

A time-out is a short break — usually from 24 hours to a few days. It is mainly there to help you clear your head. Self-exclusion is a more firm step, where your account is closed for a longer period and cannot be reversed before the period ends. Our support team can help you decide which option is right for you depending on how serious your gaming concerns are.

After logging into 77bcd, you will find the "Transaction History" and "Betting History" sections in your account panel. You can filter by date to view information for any specific period. This information helps you understand your spending patterns and make informed decisions.
